How we use it

To respond to your review request and refer you to our partner, as described below.
To contact you by phone, text or email when you have given consent.
To keep a record of your request and consent, including your case number.
To run, measure and improve the site, and to prevent fraud and abuse.

Our partner, The Stonegate Firm, LLC. When you submit the eligibility form, we send your quiz answers, name, email address, phone number, case number, and a record of your consent (the consent text, the page and the time you submitted it) to The Stonegate Firm, LLC, an independent timeshare exit company. They use it to contact you about timeshare exit services. The Stonegate Firm, LLC pays us for each referral. Their handling of your information is governed by their own privacy policy, and they are responsible for their own services, fees and contracts.

Service providers who host the site, process forms, and provide analytics, under agreements that limit how they can use the data.

Legal and safety reasons: when required by law, or to protect our rights, users or others.

We do not share your information with any other lead buyer. We do not sell your information to data brokers.

Your choices

Stop calls or texts: reply STOP to any text, tell the caller you no longer want to be contacted, or email us. Consent is never a condition of purchase.
Access, correct or delete: email us to request a copy of your information, a correction, or deletion. We will also ask The Stonegate Firm, LLC to honor deletion requests for information we sent them.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Because our partner pays us for referrals, sending your information to them may count as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under California law and similar laws in other states. You have the right to opt out.

To opt out, email info@timeshareexitpath.com with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share" and include the name, email and phone number you used. We will stop any further sale or sharing of your information and confirm by email.
Global Privacy Control: if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of information collected through cookies and similar technologies on this site.
If you opt out before submitting the form, please don't submit it. Submitting the form is how you ask us to refer you to The Stonegate Firm, LLC.

Your state privacy rights

Depending on where you live, including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Virginia and other states, you may have rights to know what information we hold about you, to get a copy, to correct or delete it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We won't treat you differently for using these rights. You can make a request yourself or through an authorized agent by emailing info@timeshareexitpath.com. We will verify your request by matching the details you give us to our records.

How long we keep it

We keep review requests and consent records for as long as needed to respond to you, meet our legal obligations, and resolve disputes, and then delete or de-identify them.

Children

This site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

We will post any changes on this page and update the date at the top.
